Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the OUTTA RENTALS website and the services described on it. By browsing this site, sending a kit request, or entering into a rental agreement with OUTTA, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
OUTTA RENTALS ("OUTTA", "we", "us") is a production-equipment rental business operating in Ghana.
References to "you" mean the individual or organization requesting or renting equipment from OUTTA.
2. The website is not a booking system
Browsing the catalogue, adding items to a kit, and sending a kit request to OUTTA on WhatsApp does not create a rental agreement or reserve equipment. Every request is reviewed by OUTTA and confirmed separately — availability and dates shown on the site are not final until confirmed in writing.
A binding rental agreement is formed only once OUTTA confirms a quote and both parties agree on the rental terms for that booking (see our Rental Terms).
3. Accounts and information you provide
When you send a kit request, enquiry or contact form, you agree to provide accurate, current information. You're responsible for the accuracy of the project details, dates and contact information you submit.
We may decline any request at our discretion, including where equipment is unavailable, where information provided is incomplete, or where a prior rental with you was not honored.
4. Pricing
Rental prices are not listed on this website. Pricing — including any delivery, insurance, or damage-deposit charges — is provided on request, confirmed in your quote and set out in your rental agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The OUTTA RENTALS name, logo, and the content of this website (except third-party photography credited elsewhere) belong to OUTTA. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use them commercially without our written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided "as is". OUTTA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including reliance on availability shown before a quote is confirmed.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ghanaian law.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes arising from your use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
